 rages individuals age 55+ to create their own playbook for aging well. Par
 ticipants set goals for positive actions in many aspects of their lives su
 ch as exercise\, nutrition\, finances\, advance care planning\, community 
 engagement\, and healthy relationships. Central to the Aging Mastery philo
 sophy is the belief that modest lifestyle changes can produce big results 
 so people can be empowered to cultivate health and longevity. \n\nClasses 
 meet on eleven Mondays\, July 12 through September 27\, 2021\, from 10 am-
 12 pm\, MDT. Participate online using Zoom. An email confirmation with the
  Zoom meeting ID\, password\, and instructions will be sent to registered 
 participants several days prior to the class. Teresa Sacks\, MAS's Aging M
 astery Program Facilitator\, presents the program.\n\nSpecial thanks to th
 e Jane S. Heman Foundation for their generous financial support of this cl
 ass. There is no cost to Montana residents who graduate from the class. Re
