 ased activity level\n- Reduce your risk of falls at home and in the commun
 ity\n- Engage with others who share the same concerns\n\nA Matter of Balan
 ce begins on Wednesday\, March 8\, 2023\, and continues for 8 Wednesdays t
 hrough May 10.  No classes will be held on March 22 or April 5. Class meet
 s in person at the Frenchtown Rural Fire District located at 16875 Marion 
 St in Frenchtown\, MT from 1:30 - 3:30 PM. Participants who complete at le
 ast 5 of the 8 sessions will receive a graduation certificate. If you cann
 ot attend at least 5 of the 8 classes\, please consider registering for th
 e next program\, because class size is capped at 12.\n\nPre-registration i
 s required and is first come\, first served. An email confirmation will be
  sent to registered & confirmed participants prior to the session start da
 te. Mandy Petersen\, Falls Prevention Facilitator at MAS\, presents the pr

 ndence\, dignity and health of older adults and those that care for them. 
 We believe A Matter of Balance significantly impacts the quality of life o
 f those who attend. The course has a value of $80 per student which includ
 es instruction.  Choosing a contribution ticket of any amount (suggested $
 40) is greatly appreciated in assisting MAS to continue to offer the cours
 e and promote our mission. No-cost ticket options are available for Montan
 a residents in need. \n
