 ity\n- Engage with others who share the same concerns\n\nA Matter of Balan
 ce begins on Monday\, March 27\, 2023\, and continues for 8 Mondays throug
 h May 22.  No class will be held on April 10. Class meets in person at Sil
 ver Crest Apartment Community at 1550 S 2nd St. W #125 in Missoula from 1:
 30 - 3:30 PM. Participants who complete at least 5 of the 8 sessions will 
 receive a graduation certificate. If you cannot attend at least 5 of the 8
  classes\, please consider registering for the next program\, because clas
 s size is capped at 12.\n\nPre-registration is required and is first come\
 , first served. An email confirmation will be sent to registered & confirm
 ed participants prior to the session start date. Mandy Petersen\, Falls Pr
 evention Facilitator at MAS\, presents the program. For more information o

 \nMissoula Aging Services promotes the independence\, dignity and health o
 f older adults and those that care for them. We believe A Matter of Balanc
 e significantly impacts the quality of life of those who attend. The cours
 e has a value of $80 per student which includes instruction.  Choosing a c
 ontribution ticket of any amount (suggested $40) is greatly appreciated in
  assisting MAS to continue to offer the course and promote our mission. No
 -cost ticket options are available for Montana residents in need. \n
