 ed and supported to cultivate health and longevity. The core curriculum co
 vers ten topics:\n\nNavigating Longer Lives: The Basics of Aging Mastery\n
 Exercise and You\nSleep\nHealthy Eating and Hydration\nFinancial Fitness\n
 Advance Planning\nHealthy Relationships\nMedication Management\nCommunity 
 Engagement\nFalls Prevention\n\nClasses meet on eleven Wednesdays\, Septem
 ber 13 to November 22\, 2023 from 10 AM - 12 PM\, Mountain Time (Montana).
  Classes will be held in person at Missoula Aging Services.\n\nThe Nationa
 l Council on Aging requires participants to attend 7 out of the 10 classes
  listed above to graduate from the program. If you are unable to attend at
  least 7 classes\, please reconsider registering for this program as seats
  are limited.\n\nYour $65 ticket covers all eleven classes. No-cost ticket
 s are available for Montana residents in need. Pre-registration is require
 d. An email confirmation will be sent to registered & confirmed participan
