 proach to aging well that encourages adults age 55+ to take actions to enh
 ance their health\, financial well-being\, social connectedness\, and over
 all quality of life. Central to the AMP philosophy is the belief that mode
 st lifestyle changes can produce big results and that people can be empowe
 red and supported to cultivate health and longevity. The core curriculum c
 overs ten topics:\n\nNavigating Longer Lives: The Basics of Aging Mastery
 \nExercise and You\nSleep\nHealthy Eating and Hydration\nFinancial Fitness
 \nAdvance Planning\nHealthy Relationships\nMedication Management\nCommunit
 y Engagement\nFalls Prevention\nClasses meet on eleven Wednesdays\, April 
 3rd through June 5th\, 2024 from 10 AM - 12 PM\, Mountain Time . Attend in
 -person at Missoula Aging Services.\n\nThe National Council on Aging requi
 res participants to attend 7 of the 10 core curriculum classes listed abov
 e to graduate from the program. If you are unable to attend at least 7 out
  of the 10 classes\, please reconsider registering for this program as sea
 ts are limited.\n\nPre-registration is required.\n\nWhile AMP utilizes a n
 umber of expert guest speakers on various topics\, the facilitator is the 
 backbone of the program. For more information or help registering\, contac
 t Missoula Aging Services at (406) 728-7682. You can also visit the MAS we
 bsite.\n\nPlease Note: If you register\, confirm your participation\, rece
 ive an AMP Core Curriculum kit\, and then decide to drop the program\, you
  will be required to either return the kit to Missoula Aging Services (MAS
 ) -or- if you choose to keep the course materials\, reimburse MAS for the 
 cost of the materials (est. $60.00 to $65.56 depending on shipping and han
 dling).\n\nAMP is offered at no cost to Montana residents in need.
