 rogram designed to benefit those 60+ who would like to gain the tools and 
 confidence to reduce/avoid falls. People using walkers and wheelchairs are
  welcome! Participants should live independently and have the cognitive ab
 ility to build on concepts from week to week.  \n\nW﻿hat to expect:\n- Exe
 rcises to increase strength and balance and set goals for increased activi
 ty level\n- Reduce your risk of falls at home and in the community\n- Enga
 ge with others who share the same concerns\n\nA Matter of Balance begins o
 n Thursday\, October 22\, 2026\, and continues for 8 Thursdays through Dec
 ember 17 (no class Thanksgiving Day\, November 26).  Class meets in person
  at Greater Good Health located at 2230 North Reserve Street\, Suite 110\,
  in Missoula\, MT from 1-2:30 PM. Participants who complete at least 5 of 
 the 8 sessions will receive a graduation certificate. If you cannot attend
  at least 5 of the 8 classes\, please consider registering for the next pr
 ogram\, because class size is capped at 12.\n\nRegistration is required. A
 n email confirmation will be sent prior to the session start date. For mor

 6) 728-7682. \n\nMissoula Aging Services promotes the independence\, digni
 ty and health of older adults and those that care for them. We believe A M
 atter of Balance significantly impacts the quality of life of those who at
 tend. The course has a value of $80 per student which includes instruction
 .  Choosing a contribution ticket of any amount (suggested $40) is greatly
  appreciated in assisting MAS to continue to offer the course and promote 
 our mission. No-cost ticket options are available for Montana residents in
  need.
