Volunteers Come Together to Build Wheelchair Ramp

Martha McManus and her husband, Gary Ikerd, received a wonderful act of local kindness this fall. Although the couple’s home had a wheelchair ramp, its incline was too steep, making it difficult for McManus to leave the house. With the help of MAS Seeley Lake Resource Specialist Linda Howard, as well as volunteers with Veterans & Families of Seeley Lake (VFSL), a new wheelchair ramp was constructed.
