Options for Better Aging, a new program offered through the Missoula Aging Services' Resource Center, helps you discover, record and communicate all the things that are important to you. The process unfolds over several sessions with trained staff, and may include you and the people who make up your support network.

What makes a great day for you?

It can be activities as simple as having your morning coffee while you read the newspaper, doing a daily crossword puzzle, taking a walk in nature or reading a good book. Options for Better Aging helps you determine the components that make a great day for you, then communicate that to your loved ones.

    Missoula Aging Services’ Resource Center provides assistance and access to a multitude of resources for seniors and their caregivers, including referrals to senior services located in Missoula County and throughout the United States.

    State and Federal financial assistance programs are available to help to pay for the cost of Medicare including prescription drug plans and the costs of medications. Eligibility depends on income and resources.
