YOU ARE INVITED to join non-profit Turning the Wheel Missoula for gentle movement games, rhythm and wordplay! Invite a caregiver, family or friends! Allow your creativity to shine! Learn a song and sing along! Share a story or two! Find a joyful connection in sharing appreciations. This is a gentle, feel-good community time for you to rest into your playful side. Caregivers: these activities are excellent for the brain and body! Invite your favorite elder to participate!

This program will be held online starting at 2pm on January 13th, and prior registration is required. Zoom software is also required to attend this online program.
