Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Powerful Tools for Caregivers® is an evidence-based curriculum designed to help family and community caregivers learn to take better care of themselves and manage their stress while caring for a relative or friend. Research shows that the classes improve self-care, emotional well-being, and self confidence of caregivers and help connect them to more community resources.
This class will meet six Tuesdays, June 3rd-May 8th, from 10:30 am to 12 pm, at Missoula Aging Services. Registration is required and is first come, first served. An email confirmation with the information will be sent to registered participants one week prior to the session start date. For more information or assistance registering, contact Missoula Aging Services at (406) 728-7682.
This session of Powerful Tools is facilitated by Lauren Crabtree and Megan Fournier with Missoula Aging Services.
This class will not focus on specific diseases or hands-on caregiving for the care receiver. No professional caregivers, please.
