How does the process work?

The first visit by the Home Modification Coordinator (HMC) is provided at no charge. During the first visit, the HMC will gather information and create an estimate for the project. The HMC will then create a work plan that will explain the cost of the materials necessary to complete the project, and an estimate of the cost of labor. This work plan is provided to the client for approval. Payment will be expected upon completion of the project.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the modifications will vary depending on what a person needs to have installed. Clients will be charged for parts at cost and labor will be billed at $50/hour. Our Home Modification coordinator will give you an estimate of the labor costs when the work plan is complete.

Projects we can't do:

Large plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, building full projects (porches, sheds, add-ons), remodels, tile and grout, appliance repair or replacement, roof repairs, large drywall projects, finishing work
