Montana Living Life Well: Chronic Disease Self Management Program

Thursdays 9:30 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.

We are excited to tell you about a program to assist people living with chronic health conditions! The Montana Living Life Well workshops empower participants to take an active role in managing their health. Participants of this Stanford-based program have made improvements in their overall health, including increased exercise, improved communication, and reduced symptoms of fatigue, depression, and pain.

Family members of those with long-term health conditions are encouraged to attend.

This six-week class series begins Thursday, May 13th from 9:30 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
Anyone with a chronic illness or caring for someone with a chronic illness is welcome!
