This virtual class series on Zoom is designed to help caregivers look after themselves while caring for a friend or relative.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers® is an evidence-based curriculum designed to help family and community caregivers learn to take better care of themselves and manage their stress while caring for a relative or friend. Research shows that the classes improve self-care behavior, emotion management, and self-confidence of caregivers and connect them to more community resources.

This virtual class series will meet six Thursdays, March 16 through April 13, 2023, from 1:30 - 3:30 pm, Mountain Time on Zoom. Pre-registration is required. The class size is limited to 12 attendees. An email confirmation with the Zoom meeting information will be sent to registered participants prior to the session start date. For more information or assistance registering, contact Missoula Aging Services at (406)728-7682.
