This 6-week series is designed to help caregivers look after themselves while caring for a friend or relative.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers® is designed to help family and community caregivers learn evidence-based strategies to take better care of themselves and manage stress while caring for a relative or friend. Research shows that the class improves caregiver self-care, emotional well-being, and confidence and connects them to more community resources.
